We offer you a stylish and different Amed dining experience.

We present a well balanced menu and delicious food, from a clean, hygienic kitchen, which is why we don’t hide it from view. All dishes and cutlery are washed in hot water.

Pan fried dishes use pure olive oil and mashed potato is made with New Zealand milk and butter.

M.S.G., widely used in Bali, is banned from this restaurant.

Water is essential to life so at Sails bottled water (Aqua) is free.

Tax is included in all prices so what you see is what it costs.

There is no service charge as we don’t think tips should be compulsory.
Should you wish to leave a tip for good food and service it will be gratefully received.

From Mandailing Estate Sumatra harvested from
Bushes up to 200 years old. This was Europe’s coffee
of choice until 1942 when the estate was abandoned
and became overgrown by Jungle. Rediscovered in
the late 90’s the land was cleared and the bushes
flourish once again.
