Wine
We apologise for the wine prices
(tax was increased dramatically on 19 April 2010)
At Sails we chill all wine including reds. The reason we do this is that a medium bodied red is at its best between 12 to 18 degrees Celsius, not the “room temperature” we have in Bali. If it’s too chilled for your taste warm the glass in the palm of your hand until it reaches the desired temperature.
Because of the huge price hikes we are limiting our list to 9 very drinkable wines made on the island of Bali, both from local grapes and juice imported from Australia.
